la is Raziel’s behind the scenes genie, ensuring that the myriad of documents and disclosures are efficiently provided to all parties in the transaction: Raziel’s clients, the title company, lender, and the cooperating agent. She also provides consistent quality control to ensure smooth and efficient management of the transaction.
Acacia Betancourt
Graphic Design/Creative Director
Acacia works with Raziel as his lead designer, developing his marketing materials for his clients’ properties. She is responsible for all property statements and artwork for presenting Raziel’s listings at their very best, and incorporates her extensive creative background in branding and product design as well as the Burlingame Buzz and Burlingame Properties brand and identity. She cares tremendously about each and every project, and enjoys bringing her creativity to Raziel’s team. Acacia holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art and Graphic Design from the University of Arizona. She previously worked in San Diego for a company called the Event Network designing custom products and packaging for cultural attractions, and her work sold in over 60 stores across the U.S. and Canada.
Erin Giorgi
Staging and Design Services
Erin is the creative eye responsible for making sure Raziel’s properties look their absolute best. Not only does she stage all of Raziel’s listings with new furniture and accessories through her partnership with Giorgi Brothers Furniture in South San Francisco, but she provides space planning and color consulting to Raziel’s buyers and sellers who are considering painting their homes. Erin has been practicing residential interior design for over 16 years, and her firm, Giorgi Girl Designs, specializes in the staging of luxury real estate. Erin and her team of designers use their knowledge and experience to place appropriate furnishings and complimentary accessories in the homes maximizing the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the spaces. Erin shares Raziel’s belief that homes that are successfully staged increase traffic at open houses and allow prospective buyers to see the home at its best, therefore increasing the sellers’ net profit.
Scott Roseveare
Financing
Scott Roseveare is a mortgage broker and president of UMAX Mortgage, which is based in Redwood City and a California native to the Bay Area. He has been in the business for nearly 10 years and specializes in helping first and second-time homebuyers finance their dreams of homeownership. With access to over 50 banks, Scott is able to provide extremely competitive interest rates to Raziel’s buyers along with a customized mortgage solution based on each customer’s unique requirements. Scott enjoys helping homebuyers truly understand the process and feel comfortable with financing one of the biggest decisions most people will ever make. Scott prides himself on red-carpet service and consistent communication before, during and after the buying process and thinks of his clients as lifelong partners.
Catherine Leary
Title and Escrow
Catherine is Raziel’s go-to escrow officer, with 24 years of experience as an escrow professional. Raziel relies on Catherine and her team at North American Title Company in Burlingame to work with the buyer, seller and lender to close the sale in the most efficient way possible, which results in a smooth transfer of title. Catherine treats all of Raziel’s clients with respect and expertise so they feel comfortable with all aspects of the title and escrow process. Catherine is also a past president of the California Escrow Association.
