Raziel is an expert in the Burlingame, Hillsborough, and San Mateo markets. He likes to joke that he knows the streets almost as well as the firemen and his GPS…try telling him an address and see if he can tell you the cross streets for the home! Working together, Raziel will get you acquainted with every neighborhood that has homes in your price range, and we’ll help you eliminate the areas you are not as fond of and focus on the ones you do like. We’ll even be particular as to certain streets you may like.
Once you’ve identified several neighborhoods (or geographic areas), Raziel will help you understand the local market conditions, the active inventory, and what’s sold most recently. Raziel sees almost every home on the market and can provide you invaluable insight to help formulate a better idea of value. Once you or Raziel has identified a home that could be a match for you, he’ll jump through whatever hoops necessary to get you in to see it as soon as possible (you can show up in your yoga pants, that’s fine!), and if you are unable to make it, Raziel will shoot a video on his iphone for you and upload it to a private youtube channel, or do a live ustream.tv feed for you if you can be in front of the computer. Raziel will go as far as necessary to get the job done for you — even if it’s meeting you outside the delivery room to get a signature (which we have done, though don’t necessarily recommend!).

If you’re competing in multiple offers, he’ll help you strategize on how to put your best foot forward to ensure you are put in a position to buy the home at the very best possible price. Raziel will help you do the right things to separate your offer from everyone else’s. Winning in multiple offers much more of an art than a science (it’s not solely your price and terms).
